Since “Fitness” is my passion, I’m very interested in learning new things that, in my opinion, can benefit you in the following ways: 

  • 1️⃣ Real-Life Experience: I keep it real. You’ll see my ups and downs, knowing that progress isn’t always smooth. We’ll tackle challenges together and celebrate successes.
  • 2️⃣ Simple Fitness Tips: I’ll break down fitness in easy terms. No jargon, just practical advice to help you stay fit and healthy. How to prevent injuries.

  • 4️⃣ Clear fitness/health myths that does more harm than good.
  • 5️⃣ Sharing Gym memes/entertainment often so that you don’t get bored.

I am not someone who will tell the “5 best exercises to grow biceps” Instead I will focus on making you and me the best versions of ourselves by providing great value ( telling mistakes, providing knowledge outside the gym like why carbs are more important than protein ) that will make you self-sufficient ( without requiring any trainer ) to be fit in an interactive and entertaining way.
